Participants: The full registration fee is 105.000 ISK for regular participants and 85.000 ISK for students. All fees will be increased by 15.000 ISK for registrations past the early bird registration deadline (15th of April, 2024) and 30.000 ISK for registrations on the premises.

All fees include, lunches and coffee breaks, conference excursion, a poster session at Gróska – Creative Community with catering and drinks, and gala dinner. It is possible to opt out of the conference excursion and the Sky Lagoon spa experience.

Accompanying persons can register themselves for the conference excursion (10.000 ISK); and/or the Sky Lagoon spa experience (10.000 ISK); and/or the gala dinner (20.000 ISK).

Accommodation for students: University of Iceland has offered to reserve 11 rooms in Old Saga Hotel for students attending the conference. The rooms are given on a first come first served basis. Please contact the organisers directly. Each room is 25 sq.m. and priced at 7.500 ISK per night. Note that the rooms are not serviced and cleaned during the stay unless requested. Accommodation for all guests: The Student Hostel, located close to the venue on the campus of University of Iceland, has reserved several rooms for guests of the conference. Please contact the hotel staff directly through info@studenthostel.is and just say your are a guest of the PEPS 2024 conference or use this link to book online yourself.
