The conference gala dinner will be held 19:00 on Friday evening 9th of August in Björtuloft on the top floor of the Harpa Concert Hall in the heart of Reykjavik.
Lagaffe Tales will play music throughout the dinner. Part of the program includes an award ceremony for the top three student posters.
Harpa is one of the most iconic buildings in Reykjavík, alongside Hallgrímskirkja and Perlan. It opened first in 2011 and is now home to the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra, Icelandic Opera and Reykjavík Big Band, which hold regular concerts throughout the year. It provides a fantastic view over the city and mount Esja across the Faxaflói bay.
