Abstract submission

Please indicate the format of your contribution to the conference when writing to the organisers.

Oral presentation (12 + 3 minutes) and poster presentation
Flash talk (5 minutes) and poster presentation
Poster presentation

Oral presentations will take place in the main venue.

Abstracts should be submitted in PDF form to PEPS2026.organizers@c2n.upsaclay.fr
Please use the dedicated PEPS2026 LaTeX template to create a PDF of your abstract submission. Submitted abstracts not abiding by this format will not be considered.

Limit your PDF to 2MB only.
Please note: Abstract submission closes on the 1st of February 2026.

Please note, given the limited places for talks, only some abstracts (evaluated by the expert members of the Program Committee) will be accepted for oral contribution. Abstracts that fall just short of oral contribution will be given an opportunity for flash talk and poster presentation instead.
